The Problem:
After wipe, Lord Jaraxxus model is chained (pacify). But still can be attacked

How it should work:
Lord Jaraxxus can't be attack or attacked untill we talk to the npc again

How to reproduce:
Wipe on jaraxxus and see your cursor or spell, it can be attacked

Managed to get this thing almost works and similar as the Bizzlike in the test server.

Managed to apply some new mechanism for this issue.

Encounter Script is now Improved, more simillar to provided link (Continue Fight Upon Wipe via Chatting to Gordon Ramsay).
