The Problem:
- Algalon's timer will reset on re-encounter of the algalon
- DBM Timer did not show correctly to the algalon's skill timing, hoping for possible fix.

How it should work:
Timer should not reset, and stay reduced

How to reproduce:
Just wipe on Algalon encounter and redo

An Fix to the Algalon has been made along with some changes within some bosses.

Ex: Cats did not despawn, etc..
